Yes, we use only environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the planet. All our products are biodegradable and free from harsh chemicals.
Booking & Services
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book online through our website, via our mobile app, or by calling +31 616 308 150. We require at least 24 hours notice for standard bookings.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchen cleaning (countertops, sink, exterior of appliances), and taking out the trash.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment is due immediately after service completion unless you have a corporate account.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
