Booking Services
These terms apply to all one-time cleaning service bookings.
- Service Agreement: By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your cleaning needs, ensure safe access to the premises at the scheduled time, and notify us of any special requirements or hazards.
- Pricing and Payment: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Liability: While we take utmost care, the Company is not liable for damage to improperly secured items, pre-existing damage or wear, or items not disclosed during booking.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

These terms apply to all recurring cleaning subscription plans.

Upgrading Your Plan
Want more visits or extra features? You can upgrade anytime.
- Instant Activation: Your new plan starts immediately.
- Pro-Rated Billing: You’ll only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
- No Service Loss: You keep all current benefits.
- Visit Adjustments: Your cleaning schedule updates automatically.
Example: Upgrading from Basic (€150/month) to Standard (€280/month) halfway through the month costs €65 extra.
Downgrading Your Plan
Need fewer visits or a simpler plan? Downgrades are easy.
- Starts Next Month: Your new plan begins with the next billing cycle.
- Feature Reminder: We’ll let you know what changes.
- No Refunds Mid-Month: Your current plan continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Ready to pause or stop your service?
- Access Until Month Ends: You’ll still receive cleanings until your billing cycle ends.
- Easy Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account, email, or support.
- Optional Feedback: We may ask why you’re leaving to improve our service.
- No Auto-Renewal: You must opt-in again to restart.
Renewal & Notice Policy
We follow Dutch consumer protection laws:
- No Silent Renewals: You’ll be notified before your plan renews.
- One-Month Notice: Cancel anytime with up to one month’s notice.
- Simple Cancellation: Must be as easy as signing up.
Billing & Payments
- Monthly Billing: Charged in advance each month.
- Payment Options: Credit card, iDEAL, or SEPA direct debit.
- Failed Payments: May temporarily pause your service.
Legal & Disputes
- Dutch Law Applies: All services are governed by Dutch law.
- Court Location: Disputes are handled in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by law.
