1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Company" refers to Muz Solutions, a cleaning service provider registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- "Client" refers to any individual or entity that books our services.
- "Service" refers to the cleaning services provided by the Company.
2. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
- Ensure safe access to the premises at the scheduled time
- Notify us of any special requirements or hazards
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
5. Liability
While we take utmost care, the Company is not liable for:
- Damage to improperly secured items
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items not disclosed during booking
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
